Terms

The terms, out loud.

The agreement between you and Beautiful Waitlist — written to be read.

Effective July 26, 2026

The agreement

By using Beautiful Waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with something here, the honest move is not to use the service — but email us first; most disagreements are misunderstandings.

The service

Beautiful Waitlist lets you create and publish waitlist pages — every template, every feature, unlimited signups, free. Pages made with Beautiful Waitlist carry a small “Made with Beautiful Waitlist” badge.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account — no passwords either way. Keeping that inbox or Google account secure is keeping your account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content is yours

The pages you make and the list you build belong to you. You can export your list as a CSV and leave anytime, no questions asked. You give us permission to host, display, and serve your pages — that’s what publishing means — and nothing more.

Play fair

A few things you can’t use Beautiful Waitlist for:

  • Anything illegal, deceptive, or designed to mislead — including impersonating a person or brand you’re not.
  • Spam. The people on your list gave you their email for your launch, not for whatever else. Honor that, and follow the email laws that apply to you.
  • Collecting sensitive personal information through your page.
  • Anything that harms the people who trust your page with their email.

We can unpublish pages or close accounts that cross these lines. We’d rather warn you first, and when it’s reasonable to, we will.

Leaving

You can delete your pages or your account whenever you like. If we ever discontinue the service, we’ll give you notice and time to export your list.

The honest disclaimers

Beautiful Waitlist is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can’t promise it will never go down or that every feature will always work perfectly. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us — which, since it’s free, tells you how much we’re betting you’ll never need this clause.

When these terms change

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means the new version applies.
